Miracle of 19
Miracle of 19.
The miracle of 19 in the Holy Qur’an. Apart from the recurring numbers in the Qur’an, the number 19 has a very different meaning. Depending on the number 19, some verses have been miraculously placed in the Qur’an.
Allahu Telala (swt) draws attention to the number 19 in the 30th verse of Surah Muddessir and says, “There are nineteen on it. (Muddessir, 30). A careful look at the miraculous arrangement of verses and letters in the Qur’an in the miracle of 19 is enough to prove that the Qur’an is a book of Allah. Let us now look at a brief summary of the examples in the Qur’an on this subject.
Who Found The Number 19 In The Koran?

The first person to discover the existence and sign of the number 19 in the Qur’an was an Egyptian chemist named Rashad HALIFE. He made the discovery in 1974.
The system is based on a procedure carried out with the numerical equivalents of the Arabic letters, namely the Ebcet account.
As a result of the calculations made with Ebcet, verses and suras were formed as multiples of 19, and these gave clues to certain transformations in world history.
Reflections On The Miracle Of 19
Besmele has exactly 19 letters.
– The Quran has 114 suras. So it is 6 times the number 19.
Surah Alak of the Quran
- Surah Alak, the first revealed Surah of the Qur’an, is Surah 96, which means that it has taken its place as the 19th Surah from the end.
- The verses of Surah Alak, the first revealed verses of the Quran, are the first 5 verses of Surah 96 and the total number of words of these verses is 19.
- Surah Alak is the first revealed Surah. It is very interesting that it has 19 verses and contains 285 letters. 285 appears as 19 x 15 times.
Surah Nas
- Surah Nas, the last surah revealed, has a total of 19 words.
Holy Quran Besmele-i Sharif

There are 114 (19 x 6) Besmele-i Sharifs in the Quran. This is 6 times the number 19. There are 113 suras in the Quran at the beginning of the Besmele. The only Sura that does not have a Besmele- i Sharif at the beginning is Sura Tevbe. In the Quran, there are only two besmele-i Sharif in Surah Neml.
One of them is at the beginning of the surah and the other one is in the 30th verse. If we start counting from Surah Tevbe, which does not begin with a besmele, we can see that Surah Neml is in the 19th position.
Miracle of 19 .Other Tawafus
- The word “Rahman” occurs 57 times (19 x 3) in the Quran
- There are 30 different numbers mentioned in the Quran. If you add up all these numbers in the Quran (without taking into account the repetitions), the result is 162,146. This is 8,534 times the number 19.
- There are 57 (19 x 3) Kaf letters in Surah Kaf which begins with the letter Kaf in the Holy Quran. Surah Shura, which begins with the letter Kaf, also has 57 (19×3) Kaf letters. Surah Kaf has
- 45 verses. If we add them up, the result is 95, that is (19 x 5). Surah Shura has 53 verses. If we add them up, 42+53 is again 95 (19 x 5)
- The letters Ya and Sin are at the beginning of Surah Yasin. While the letter Sin appears 48 times in the Surah, the letter Ya is repeated 237 times. The sum of these two letters is 285 (19 x 15)
- The initial letters Kaf, Ha, Ya, Ayn, Sad are mentioned in a single Surah, namely Surah 19 of Surah Maryam. The letter Kaf is repeated 137 times, the letter Ha 175 times, the letter Ya 343 times, the letter Ayn 117 times and the letter Sad 26 times. The total number of occurrences of 5 letters is 137 + 175 + 343 + 117 + 26 = 798, which is a multiple of 19 (19 x 42).
Miracle of 19 . Our Lord Challenges Us

These examples can be multiplied many, many times. Even this short summary is enough to show us that the selection of words and letters in the Qur’an cannot be done by human hands and that they are the words of Allah Almighty. Allah Jalla Jalaluhu states in 3 different places that the Qur’an cannot be written in a similar way because of these superior qualities of the Qur’an,
In the 23rd verse of Surah Al-Baqarah it is said: “If thou dost doubt what We have revealed to Our servant (the Qur’an), then bring a sûrah similar to it. And if you are truthful, call on your witnesses (your helpers in whom you have confidence) besides Allah”.
- In the 38th verse of Surah Yunus: “Or do they say: Did he not invent this as a lie? Say: “Bring a Sura similar to this, and call upon those whom you can call upon besides Allah, if you are truthful. It is said.
- In verse 13 of Surah Hud: Do they say: “He invented it himself”? Say: “Go thou and bring ten Suras like it, invented in falsehood, and if thou art truthful, call upon those whom thou can call upon besides Allah. These verses do not say the whole Qur’an, but “one such sura”. The common feature of the suras in which these verses are mentioned is that they all have the letters “mukata” at the beginning.
- When the above verses are evaluated, it is clear that the Qur’an is the Word of Allah and no one from creation can do such a thing.
