Confidentiality is guaranteed in the recording of all data. The data will not include the vehicle identification number or personal information that could identify the vehicle owner, and unlike aircraft black boxes, it will not record drivers’ conversations.

The application will make it easier to understand the causes of accidents. It is also expected to reduce the number of fatalities and injuries on motorways.
