Motz, who claims to have tried more than 20 thousand types of hamburgers, thinks that the origin of the food dates back to 1200s.

Claiming that the hamburger actually originated in Mongolia, the expert stated that the Tatars kept raw mutton under their saddles all day, and when they set up camp, they mixed the meat with spices and ate it.
